THE SITCH
Aimbox had a strong product and clear problem it solved for golfers — but the website and marketing funnel weren’t fully supporting that story.
Visitors were landing on the site, but many weren’t converting or progressing deeper into the funnel. The messaging leaned heavily on features without clearly guiding users through how the product works, who it’s for, or why it was different from alternatives. From an SEO perspective, there was also untapped opportunity: the site wasn’t yet positioned to build authority around the core problems Aimbox solves for golfers.
In short, Aimbox didn’t need more tactics — it needed a clearer system.
The Goals
The focus of this project was to:
Improve conversion by identifying and fixing bottlenecks in the funnel
Clarify positioning, value proposition, and messaging
Strengthen the customer journey from first visit through purchase
Lay the groundwork for SEO-driven growth and authority building
Create a simple, realistic marketing plan the team could actually execute
The Strategy
Rather than starting with content or design in isolation, we approached this as a full-funnel optimization project.
THE RESULTS
A clearer customer journey, stronger positioning, and a marketing foundation built to convert traffic into qualified buyers — not just clicks.
here's how we got it done...
Funnel & Conversion Audit
We began by identifying low-hanging fruit across the existing funnel — where users were dropping off, what information was missing, and where the site wasn’t doing enough to answer common buyer questions.
This helped surface several “leaks,” including:
Gaps in middle-of-funnel education
Unclear explanations of how the product actually works
Messaging that didn’t fully differentiate Aimbox from other training aids

SEO Optimization & Opportunity Mapping
We optimized the site’s foundational SEO while also identifying opportunities to establish authority around a specific golfer pain point that Aimbox solves particularly well.
Rather than chasing broad keywords, the strategy focused on:
Intent-driven topics aligned with buying readiness
Educational content that supports conversion (not just traffic)
A pillar page structure to anchor future content growth
Customer Journey–Driven Website Updates
We implemented a light website redesign with a strong emphasis on how users move through the site, not just how it looks.
This included:
Cleaning up the desktop experience for clarity and readability
Improving page hierarchy and calls-to-action
Adding a dedicated sales and informational page to support MOF visitors and clearly explain how Aimbox works
Positioning & Messaging Refinement
We clarified Aimbox’s positioning, value proposition, and core messaging so that:
The product’s unique value was immediately obvious
Golfers could quickly self-identify if Aimbox was right for them
The site felt confident, focused, and credible
Content to Support Authority & Trust
To support both SEO and conversion, we created:
A small set of educational blog posts
A pillar page designed to establish early authority in a key problem area
Each piece was intentionally mapped to a stage of the funnel, ensuring content worked with the sales process instead of sitting alongside it.
